The concept behind the Integrating Artists Challenge is for one artist to challenge other artists to work on a single piece with together. An artist who is challenging another artist is known as the Project Manager.
Unlike commissioned work, all artists are working pro-bono and pay for their own media. The Project Manager pays for canvass. Delivery fees will be split amongst the Project Manager and artists. Any unusual fee or material for the project must be submitted to and agreed upon by the group. The group will at that time split the costs. Reimbursement for these costs will occur if and when the final piece sells.
Once an art piece has sold, profits will be split in accordance with the Integrating Artists Challenge formula.
How to Develop an Art Piece
1) Explain Your Design Include images, description, sample pics, etc.
2) Tag Your Artists Each artist will have an hourly wage. They will see they were tagged for a project and BID how many hours they wish to contribute. If you accept their hours, you have agreed to commission them for the job. If you don't agree you can respond and negotiate, or tag another artist. Once all artists have responded and you have agreed to the bid, the project is ready to start.
Once the design and agreed-upon commission has been figured out, it's time to start.
