The inspiration for this piece came from a forum I attended at ComiCon about the resurgence in popularity of the fairy tale genre.

Dale Congee received a degree in Studio Art from California State University, Northridge. His work has been featured in exhibitions throughout Southern California, as well as Seattle, Portland, and Austin. Dale received Judges' Honours at the Toronto International Art Expo for his series of abstract work. Dale is currently an artist-in-residence at the Malibu Contemporary Art Studio.
